A pause in closing .... and then a deep breath as we dive in to begin
We come to the end of the learning of the One Living System, its principles and philosophy, it's Universal Laws of creation - it's oneness - and realise of course it is nothing without it being lived.
We find ourselves at the space where we perhaps take a moment to pause. Because for those that THINK into Living Systems it may be the end point. The ‘oh I have read about it’ …. (hastily move on) And that space couldn’t be more delusional than the delusions pointed out in the first section.
The section that had us realise ohhhhh this is who we are because this is how we BE. The being of course coerced through our existence as a part of a system we aren’t naturally born to.
What’s on offer here, is very simply a recognition that .. we have arrived.
We have listened - realised - and then dared to walk to the Bridge - to Gather. On that bridge we have found so much more of our truth and begun the task of scooping up pieces of ourselves we never knew existed.
And that cascading flow over to the ‘other side’ means … we have returned and now we get to work. It is this moment we integrate the work of decolonising the mind body and soul of our being. It is the recognition that in opening the flood gates to ‘the other side of all that we are’ - we are effectively - releasing the colonised mind… or beginning the work to do so.
What our return requires
‘We inherit ourselves’
The motion of the lemniscate that we have spoken about on this journey, moves us as an eternal waterfall cascading through life. There are many words that we can use through this process and they vary with experience, we can feel tossed or pounded, as much as guided and floating. As we come to the other side of the lemniscate, we are poured through the funnel of the Living System and our ripple effect of arriving announces us to the world of actualisation. We are here to open out to our actualisation, to the activation of all that we are to become. This part in the story of our life has sadly been left on the shores of humanity never turning with the tides, left barren and crushed by the weight of the waves that continue to wash over us, to remove all we ever held and drain us from our life force. This part in our story was stolen by the capitalistic, colonialist forces that sought to rule and govern over, removing sovereignty and blindfolding us to our truth. This side of our spiral sees us invert the vortex. On the left we recall the vortex as an upward releasing spiral that refines its way to the moment of realisation, our pinnacle point, that waterfalls over to the right, where we begin as that spark, the glint of life gleaming with desire to ‘live as one with’ the Living System, that grows as we experience and open and expand. Each revolution (yes, we each are our own revolution as we are required in life to be revolution-ary) we encounter refining all that we are and expanding us deeper to the realisation of our sacred self.
In essence on the left we have becoming through breakdown, unlearning all the untruths, and on the right becoming moves into breakthrough, revealing our truth. Hence within every breakdown lie the seeds of breakthrough.
We arrive slightly disoriented by the feeling that we are no longer home, that everything seems different, and it takes a moment to ease both the whirlpool and tinnitus imbalancing us, to realise that we were led to believe our home was external to who we are. That it came in a house, tied to a mortgage, as a part of a disconnected disruptive system, compared to that of life and nature. As we gain our bearings we grasp the thread of realisation that home is no longer the system or the space we once lived in, that we have in fact returned to our inner nature of self and that all forms of ‘othering us’ away from our truth has been the displaced and destitute nature of our being that we have experienced.
Home, for the first time, becomes the space within, deeply entwined to that of all life around us, and the walls of our skin no longer provide a barrier to our reach for interconnection. In understanding this new version of home, we understand that there are no limits to nature and to life itself and therefore there are no limits to our own self and our capacity to be at home with self amongst all of life. What we begin to acknowledge within this living activation is the thread of sacred that resonates between us as all things. A connection to the deep sacredness that is all at once our own self, and all that is life itself.
At every point from this moment, the actualisation of who we are, who we are living into in this existence, means we are more and more entrained into the Living System of life. We look out, we see the ocean, we see our self and our own tides. We look out, we see the fields and we see the blooming of our own self in the flowers that grow. We look out to the forest and we know the season by the trees and how they form and how they are shaped. Our actualisation means that we are deeper and deeper one with the Living System of life.
We will find as we spiral through the lemniscate that we start to seek out an altruistic life, and that will continue to cascade into innumerable forms of companionship with the Living System. This is the natural process of opening, but slowly as we rise in consciousness, as we all rise in consciousness, our altruism becomes such a visceral, deeply interconnected entrained union beating as one with the Living System, that we blurr all lines of delineation that we are anything other than being, as a part of all that is the Living System, how it works, it's abundance and all that it has to share, such that altruism is recognised not as something we seek but ultimately how we serve. Finding ourselves within our own process of consciousness and activation, understanding the work to be done, considering all touchpoints in which to express, we live into our becoming.
It is now as we move into this becoming that we are acutely aware of the importance of language. There is a realisation that our current language is not serving us and will continue to let us down in the future ruminating within us. The limits to our growth and the confines we have built ourselves over time through language, has been one of the barriers to our growth and becoming. The reframing into the language of life itself as offered through the Living System, feels to be a likely part of the inspiring alternative we seek. The language of the Living System holds more value to us through its connective union and acceptance of all things. A highlighting example of what no longer serves is the definitions around sex and gender and the roles this plays moving forward. For us to truly embrace all of who we are, through the rise and balance of masculine and feminine, we must acknowledge the limits we have made through these terms. Who we are is not narrowed down to language that confines us and separates us from our truth. To be told how we must ‘be’ given a natal sex, that then falls into constructs of a gender role and type, only tightens the straps hog tying us to being our true nature, which is all things at once, amongst many, denial of which is the beginning of deep trauma for everyone. Strange that we should create words that have held us captive for so long, we will need new words to move forward with - a dictionary that opens us rather than imprisons us - words that express us as opposed to explaining us.
It is important as we step into our new self to highlight that a part of the delusion we have been fed and led to believe, lays around the framing and language of dependence and connection. Often the language around dependance, to ‘not be dependant upon’ or ‘not depend on things outside of ourselves’, which extends to that of the Living System and nature (remembering we are already not a part of the definition of nature and therefore not a part of its system) at the same time as asking us to depend and connect to the human centric system of government that holds us safe and keeps us warm. This language leads us further from our truth of understanding the deep interconnection and deep interdependence of us and the Living System to which we not only belong but are in all ways feeding through. Of course, all of the current government systems lead us away from this. Maybe … maybe we can be generous and say that it was never colluded to be this way, but it has occurred, that the systems that were created have led us astray, have led us away from the truth of who we are, asking us to depend upon it for all our needs.
Actualisation now at this moment, is into the shifting change of truth in the discovery of all that we are as, with, amongst, forever entwined as one with the Living System.
The limits to our growth is not just the language but the action around an external growth capacity. At no point does it hold value or weigh in as important to include inner growth. The limits to which we expand and utilise the externalities of life is where we have gone wrong. Our true limitless form is only found in internal growth. The GDP (as gross domestic product) is an external indicator of external value such that it finds value only in monetary exchange. The true value that we have no (paid) time for, is the growth we each hold within. Our inner GDP ( of Gratitude -for all that we are and hold. Deliverance - of our gratitude and truth as service to life. Potential- serving the potential and possibilities of life) is the time to explore our being, our potentials, our possibilities.
The time for space, silence, stillness, rest and healing is of no value to our current version of the GDP system, meaning we continue to exploit life and our own selves for all that we can produce, constantly extracting from Earth as much as our own being, never the time clock in favour of growth other than that which can provide limitless production. Limits. Language. The only true limits we have as our existence on this Earth are applied by life’s Living System. Her limits are our limits, her abundance our abundance. The key to this is finding value in her way.
More of the same leads to destruction.
What is worth keeping? There are of course important lessons for us to keep, ideas for us to explore deeper now we arrive. What is our insouciant life? One in which we are forever a part of the Living System.
We look to excavate now - with deep questioning - into our old ways to expose that which may be gold …
radical localising - how do we support this and encourage it … what relevance is there in bioregions … what are we already doing?
trust - how will we be trustable.. how can we trust … what examples already reveal this?
how are our actions capable of shaping politics … how can we be courageous … what is our people power?
how do we design policies … that are good for all … that consider all … what do we already have as examples of this to help shift us?
how do we explore food … energy … what is fair shares and rationing and enough and everything together … and what is it to know deep adaptation?
How we explore and live into these questions determines how we move forward. Our being is the answer.
We are the solution. It can only be we who decide this fate and how to live forward from this point. As we look around at who we are and all that is our world we see evidence of the manifestation of creating the world from who we be. This now, is all we've created, from who we once were. A result of all that we were coerced to, traumatised to becoming, denied and limited to being. The new is for us to actualise into, a new form that comes from who we are. As we come to greater awareness and realisation of our interconnected oneness, the potential of all that we are, our new world looks vastly different. Our choices, actions, inactions will build the new system. Our being, from our conscious rising.
As we cross into this way of being with new values aligned with the Living System we are called now to be. With all our realisations, we fall into this space of activating our truth as living expressions of the life we choose. We build the systems by who we are, with this awareness comes a sudden awakening, a realisation that we don't just steer this ship, we drive this ship with who we are. We've been led to this space by misnomers of humanity, an unjust existence and we now claim it back. This is the true talk of legacy. It begins and ends with who we are and as an extension of that who we be - how we give - how we live.
All legacy is that which we inherit.
In truth what we don’t realise in building legacy, we inherit ourselves, we inherit all we have been, who we are, we inherit ourselves in all actions.
We have several ancestral veins which we can explore before we find that which dominates our blood and our purpose to bring forward all the courage, resilience, strength we need to begin a new legacy. The legacy inherited through our past, our families past, is here and now a culmination of all we once believed as our potential and now this spirit that is us, that will pass on as us, will continue as the legacy of all our lives to come. We can continue to do all we want, but if we don’t change ourselves nothing changes and that is all that we shall pass on as the weight of our unvirtuous acts.
We can however in true legacy think of more than this lifetime, more than our own existence and think of the Living System itself and of the potential that we each hold as a stored etheric energetic battery and claim this lifetime as the time that this potential of energy is returned to the creation of all life in its full abundance through which we shall all thrive. The values then of love and unity reveal themselves and ask us what matters, what is essential, what do we seek as we lead from who we BE.
Our intention to live into life, is then held in knowing that only two things from this moment are our greatest endeavours, two things that shape all else, two things that are the core of the essence of the Living System, two things that allow us to know our truth and live it.
Sacred Self
One is to know who we are - to know our greatest self as our sacred self - to know who we each will be and all that we will shape from that space. This return, to knowing our Sacredness places us amongst life itself, it cannot not do that, for the Living System is the Sacred thread as are we. Sister, brother, kin to all of life as one sacred thread. This knowing means we stay thriving amongst all things as a part of all things forever connected to all things. In knowing our sacredness we are forever changed as to how we do life, what we seek for life and all that it holds.
Wellth
The other is in pursuit of wellness. Our wellness is the wellness of the Living System, our wellness is the abundance of the Living System and at all times our mental, physical and spiritual wellness matters deeply and intensely to that of the Living System around us, for our peace is her peace. Our clarity and love is that of the Living System. For sacredness to be maintained in peace, balance, harmony, clarity, we are required to be well.
The knowing of our sacredness keeps us forever aligned to each other and its call. We are eternally expressed as the space of sacredness. The sustenance of this is our wellth, that holds us and allows us time. Wellth is the gift of time from the sacred into which we live.
These two pieces of unravelling for each of us, reveal everything. Overcoming all things to know self as one with life and to know the power of our wellness, means we are thriving in abundance as one with the Living System and care deeply of the wellness for all things, knowing it is the same vein through which we are all fed. This is all life asks of itself and all it requires of us, for it is all that sustains the Living System.
That we live as our sacred truth is all that nature does and that it seeks to do this in WELLth with all that expresses as the Living System such that all things continue. Everything other than this is humanity's way of existing.
To fulfil the needs required for these two, in leaning in and going forward into actualising our becoming into life, we are asked to sit- often alone - as it allows us to be curious and creative. Allow the dimness of light in the Living System to become the dimness and silence within that teaches us how to live from our quiet reserves. This quiet that allows feelings to be felt and expressed, opens us to longer pauses and in those pauses we allow ourselves to hear life.
“It really boils down to this: all life is interrelated. We are all caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied into a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.”
– Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
And so we begin to Tend the Sacred. We begin the HOW of Living alinged into the One Living System.
