The pain points that have bought us, here's to reclaiming our WELLth.
*Trigger warning* - this post refers to pain and trauma - in all the ways we may have experienced it - and how that has been abused by our governing systems to comply to their system of wealth.
All my work and writing is based on my book the One Living System (found here). Our place amongst the sacredness of Life and our collective journey to return back to its oneness is the paradigm shift we seek ... All that I write and offer - is from Divine connection (meditative space) guided by Gnostic cardacea (heart wisdom) tossed with reality (living) and massaged thoroughly with conscious intention (universal awareness)

This image haunts me. It serves as the constant reminder of the day I realised through my First Aid training over many years, that so much of ‘saving lives’ is repeatable in every aspect of living. Simple things like the first rule, check for your own safety first before saving someone else, has stayed with me forever. A phrase I use with many clients talking about ‘saving’ those around them. Or when sighting last signs of life, the final stage we speak of in drowning is one hand - that is akin to life as it is to the water. When we can take no more a final raised hand is all we can muster before silently slipping away. Pain in all forms upon the human form is unbearable, be it our hearts, souls or to our bodies, pain is like a raging fire out of control that consumes all in its path in seconds.
Which brings me to pain. And why I offer WELLth.
I am one of those ‘entrepreneurial style’ people who have offered their gifts to the world in many ways. The undercurrent has always been the collective call - the oneness, sacredness - to all things, and how can this be offered this day, this moment, in this place, to build this community.
Within these offerings I have undertaken much study and research in a vast *vast* field of topics, and within those frameworks found a common ‘old’ voice that has been overused to the point of abuse in how we receive it. A voice that has long stayed within us and been tugged at day after day.
This voice has in all forms been used to incite us, call us in, fever us into buying stupidly at the same time as drown us in lack … a lack of worth, of self, of things that make our world good and happy … we have been bought and sold by its power.
Pain Points.
This one seemingly small poke, question and continued reminder has been at the base of all that we have done and become for centuries.
Pain points that are knifed into us in order for us to respond.
Pain points that are compared and valued against ‘all others’ to nail in the idea that this pain is real.
Pain points that drive us not only to distraction but to believe so deeply in all that we are not, we in many cases kill for.
Pain points that influencers drive home with their edited layered lives that paint the picture of all that we must aspire to - a reminder yet again - of all that we are not, and fail miserably at. Pain points that come with a lure of ‘but you can live this way, have this life, look like this, find wealth like this’ …. as if it were true.
Pain points are again and again used to burn deeply into our being the imprint of corporate consumerist competitiveness in order for us to stay attached and committed to its survival, at our own cost.
Basically we have been sold Pain. Sold through all the trauma in our life, any ounce of doubt we hold pierced with a hook and reeled into the arms of marketing as manufactured consent to those selling us a story of how ‘else’ we should be living, how better we can be doing, how much of life lay waste at our feet for we simply haven’t achieved.
This isn’t to say our pain isn’t real - nor that our trauma shouldn’t be spoken about or revealed - quite the contrary - we need to wear our truth openly.
What this is saying is that PAIN should never have been for sale!
This is important for all of us to know.
PAIN is so important to the corporate world, the powers that be use it to wield their strength. They use it to keep us in service to their needs and they use US for their gain.
So much so that the governments win and lose elections over it. Governments right now are withholding our health and wellbeing - offering us PAIN - because they know it will burn us into (re)action. Governments know how essential our health and happiness is that they buy and sell their success through it.
Governments place our happiness on a visual media plate served up as on coming threats of war, visuals of starvation both equally driving knives into our pains of fear in order to keep us compliant.
So important is pain to ‘the system’ that coercing through it, fear mongering through it, keeps us on the razors edge of illness, di-ease and despair so we willingly buy into their solutions, only to line their own pockets.
Pain is so powerful it is financial success! Find a pain point and poke it hard - advertise it - tell the world they share in it - remind them daily that they ache - and you will find success!
unhealthy / unhappy means we keep buying, keep searching, stay committed to the ‘security’ that is offered - the system we are currently tied to creates and exacerbates this pain and is sustained by our pain.
Heck it even creates the chaos that offers the pain ….
And so WELLth is our greatest calling right now.
It is one of the few pathways we can control.
AND - it just so happens to be - the pathway that is unified in wholeness and threaded to that which we belong as Life’s Sacred Living System.
Life offers us not only a pathway to our own sovereign health and happiness through our oneness - it is the only true asset that can sustain us - it is the only form of WELLth that matters and the only pathway that can uphold a return to restored regenerative creation.*
Unlike the corporate system we currently hamster wheel in that provides constant chaos for us to drown in, nature always rouses chaos in order to call in transformative change, that chaos always returns balance to creation - the corporate system does not offer this, nor a way to find this.
*Life as creation, is the regenerative action we seek. We don’t actually need to ‘regenerate’ - our role - in restoring land spaces, offering less human interference and less human greed … oh and less human chemicals /tampering/ mining/ extraction .. offers Life her own natural pathway of regeneration. **
WELLth is aligned living.
There is so much to WELLth we need to talk about it forever so that we can turn the table of PAIN into WELLth. Never found as a one way fix all solution, wellth works as wholeness. A wholeness that considers ALL in its physical, mental, spiritual, emotional intelligences as a part of the environment and Living System that it exists in.
Through our own actions and intentions wellness and wellbeing becomes health and happiness. Through conscious consumption we become aligned with our being and land as one, we recognise the two as one, we honour this as a part of the community and village that surrounds us.
Living aligned and in harmony with Life isn’t just about owning land and growing food, the capacity for WELLth and the reverberations of its holding towards restoration and regenerative living means we are allllll responsible for making the changes necessary in all places for wellth to be effective.
We all play our part - we all hold value - we all share commonality - we all are vital essences to Life’s becoming.
And when left in pain and suffering, we simply cannot find way towards our truth for in this pain we are limited and saved only by the corporate system that continues to repeat the story as saviour.
You hear it - I get that it seems hard to believe - but in all ways, we are the only ones who can prevent this ship from sinking. And honouring our wellth, by taking steps to truly aligning with life, will see that happen.
** The remarkable piece of this is IF (dear God WHEN!) we find way to this alignment -living aligned - ALLOWS LIFE to do her thing. We are not greater than all that is created. We are not more powerful (ask those impacted by natural disaster) than Mother Nature/Earth herself.
**Upholding WELLth in alignment for each of us (as all animals and trees can only do this) offers pathway for Life in Natural harmony. It means she isn’t picking up after us, trying to mend holes, attempting to chew (compost) our garbage … our ALIGNED WELLth - means she has ease to her role of creation through which natural regeneration occurs.
If you can think of all that we consume amidst our pain, the energy used for all the mindless chatter of media, the garbage that we dispose of filled with plastics and chemicals from our food and constant packaging, the endless waste of clothing we buy into.. the list is endless and creates not only our PAIN but life’s PAIN.
Talk about indigestion!! Life truly cannot stomach more of the crap we buy into - PAIN to keep up with the Jones’, PAIN to bury our lack of worth, PAIN to hide all our flaws - no more.
DON’T BE SOLD ON PAIN ANYMORE!
Be sold on WELLth
And the win win in this is that it costs less. And gives more.
WELLth is dancing in rain, watching sunsets and eating what our bodies need. WELLth is the vitamins and minerals naturally within nature herself. WELLth in health is the movement and soft ingesting that keeps our inner flow fluid and light. WELLth in our happiness is giving space and time to our becoming.
We don’t need to be sold wellth, we own it. Our choosing, our way, our natural place is amongst it. No more lining the pockets of the big companies, line the threads of connections to your heart and soul, to your soil, to your friends/family/community …
"in all ways, we are the only ones who can prevent this ship from sinking" <rainbow hearts>
What I hear is that our thinking has become so contaminated by perceived pain that is expresses unconsciously through emotions laced with the meaning behind the painful thinking. The trash islands in the Pacific are literal expressions of the human collective's pain. Just like any compulsive activity that drives us into want for the sake of want, we crave only more or more or more, until it is simply ash in our mouths and the pain has gotten so bad that we're actually ready to begin again knowing that what we're pursuing can never satisfy. We turn inward and fall apart, only to reclaim those parts of ourselves and turn outward when our foundations are reset and the hearth is warm.
Hello Cari, I love what you write about everyones responsibility to move from our pain and to remember our wholeness and live from our consciousness of Wellth. For some just reading your words may be enough to interrupt the pattern of pain and unhappiness and others may require something more to be the bridge from the familiar reality and pattern of suffering to living from Wellth as does nature. What is the next step for someone reading your words and being inspired to reboot the pattern of Wellth?
