#13 ENTRAINMENT … part 2
How do we entrain? Entrainment begins with awareness, awareness opens to realisation that in turn becomes actualisation. To 'actualise' is BEING who we discover through our awareness.
Our growth in consciousness isn’t about our growth but that of life.
That line on its own goes against the way consciousness has been offered to us - as a singular, separate identity - before this moment. Consciousness isn’t an end space - and its never about our own self.
Sadly - this old framing pegs our ego to human form and intelligence - that holds us from our entrained truth as one with the Living System.
The continual growth of life that is our rise through awareness to realisation is the process of awakening. Awareness of self (human form), of more than self (non human), of Sacred self (as All That Is) is the process of becoming one with all of life within the Living System. As we speak about a rise in consciousness, the truth of this rise of enlightenment leads us to entrainment as the process of actualisation, how we live as one with - all of life- as its eternal pulse and energetic force.
Awareness of Self
The old ways holding us to the creation of linear time plays out in our disconnect from self. Living in linear time we begin to measure now as a time that contains only this lifetime. This lifetime, this achievement, this becoming. Time plays an enormous role in how we live, discover and experience life. It plays an enormous role in how and who we become. Linear time means we pull away from our true sense of self, and fear (based on a time frame of endings) replaces love (an eternal connection). As expressions of life as love, we then lose who we are, and spend life times unravelling back to pure awareness. The stages of self awareness are an enormous step of discovery that we return to time and time again, each time as new versions of our polished souls looking to calibrate with the pure energy of life. We reconnect to circular time here in our true seeking of self awareness, that we are always one with, Life, and all the we are and become is a container of Life as continual growth as a part of all things.
Of more than Self
Disconnected from our own truth we are then removed from Life as one. We no longer see ourselves amongst nature, within life or as an essence of it, so we are separated. In re-membering back as one, we move to recognising love and the realisation that its expansion depends on the cycle of giving and receiving, without attachment or recognition, as nature does for us. So we deepen the loop in discovering more than self by reuniting with our truth of being one with all life essence. This stage opens us too discovering ourselves within all that is around us, we begin to feel the essence of our being within that of animals or plants, the water or the soil beneath our feet. This enormous return changes our perspective and is the beginning space for the meaning of life. Seeing ourselves as more than we have ever known our self to be we discover we cannot ever be isolated, or lonely or separated for we are a part of all things. This moment in discovery of the Self is the space we have never sought out, and beginning today is a game changer in all that we become.
Of Sacred Self
Once we begin to step into Sacred Self, we realise we were never disconnected, just buried from truth. (As was always visible in the symbology of the essence of the lotus rising from the depths of the mud.) We understand that life is always within us and time is always working for us. Knowing Sacred is not only seeing our true sense of self, our essence and form becomes one with All That Is. We realise we are both observer and observed, student and guru. We find our essence as that of all life force, and come to the knowing that life as its own existence, expresses in and as all things, of which we are only one. Sacred Self steps through consciousness to PURE Awareness. Pure awareness is beyond consciousness. It holds consciousness at its core yet holds no question to life's Living System, merely the desire to serve as a part of the Living System. It is in consciousness that we find pure awareness. Consciousness itself is at no point the end goal.
Living then from pure awareness we realise, we are of all life, that which creates us, is within us and all things.
It is here that we discover the sacred geometry to be found in all things and another entry point for entrainment. There is sequence and patterning in all things. When we discover that we cannot unsee it and we then find it in all things and without thought we entangle with it. These entry points are possibilities that we each uniquely tune in too and find our way into the pulse and heart of all things.
Looking at all the possibilities of discovering ourselves through the elements, elementals, through direction, celestial bodies and more, is how we bring ourselves deeper into entrainment. While it is easiest to begin with that which we already recognise as kin, that which we have inner experience with that is calling us to remember and that which we innately are drawn to, there is more beyond our knowing that also holds pieces of our becoming.
Every aspect of life offers in service its expression for us to experience and open to more of our truth, the high vibrational aspects of each element offers us potential as living roles of our own expression and cannot be dismissed as intangible tales of wonderment. Earth, Air, Water, Fire.. the Ether … There are so many ways to explore these, we can find the expression and conversation of life within every aspect of each moment, a simple call of the wind from the south can be the first warning of rains to come. Through directions, elements and elementals we find the resonance of each as one song all serenading us with their story
Over centuries stories of spirits, angels, animals, gods, goddesses, have been told. They too form symbols to the language of life, speaking to us and guiding our way. All of these messages come to us through dreaming. Not always at night some by day to remind us who we are. Sit with the visions until you become one with them. Until you understand their voice and language for it will be different to us all. Listen to the sounds, the messages, the signs. What are they saying? Become one with them. Move with them. Breathe into their being and walk as them. They offer movement to our own becoming. If the eagle lent you its wings where would you fly? If you were the horses hooves where would you roam? If the whale was your breath how deep would you dive into the abyss? If the angels kissed your eyes to rest how long would you sleep? If yours was the name of god or goddess what would it be?
This is all of who we are, not a dream that has never awakened, for it is only us who have been asleep.
We are not being called to create something that has never existed, rather to awaken to what has always been. In asking how do we connect to such fine intangible existences, the answer is more correctly when did we disconnect and why? At what point did we become so addicted to the being of human that we forgot our beginnings, what led us astray? What torment did we suffer to deny our truth? To which era were we tied to the stake and burned for believing in our essence over the beginning of imperialistic ways?
How do we entrain? Whilst we discuss entrainment multiple times here, it is used in context of realigning back into that which we already are, therefore our entrainment is as much a reunion of our truth as it is an act of symphony.
Entrainment is the act of our energetic forces of being connecting again. It is not through form that we connect or will find this connection, but beyond our fingertips, toes, claws and wings.
One of our greatest limitations is believing that the form into which we transpire each lifetime is the place for which life happens. Form is for housing, through which we will experience and express, that is not to contain or to hold, not to limit our expression or experience, but to express and experience in all ways. Our form is our foundation, the structure for which to home our energetic being, as is all form a place to express from. Our form itself is our first message. Like spirit animals and totems, every form is a message that we bring to life, like the seal reveals joy and playfulness, the eagle a symbol for the mind, thoughts and wisdom. As humans our role is that of caretaking, and our form opens us to the expression and offering of that. We are carers and custodians, shepherds tending to life, and through our form, and the capacities we hold, everything that comes to us seeks that care. To be held, nurtured, protected. That’s our role, our expression from the form we fill.
How we do that is then our individual communication, our note in the song, our voice in the choir. Our form is our passage, our expression is our resonance, the vibration, the frequency that flows through that form through which we connect.
And so the journey of knowing self as the truth of all things, as a part of Life is where we begin to understand the enormity of not only who we are, but all that we are one with…….
