#17.3 Living in Oneness - WELLth .... owning our beginning
Whilst our foundations will tell us what we have built our self on to this day, our wellth requires each of us to then own where we begin from.
The Importance of seeing the symbiosis
To submerge yourself into the entire One Living System book offers no way to escape recognising the synchronicities and symbiosis of the intertwined energy of Human and Divine. We are one. Life, replicates itself through us. We are her dream, her expression, her offering.
If however you dabble - and jump in here and there - you may get lost in thinking and realising from only a Human perspective, thinking only of saving Humanity or how to build our own WELLth. But none of that is going to happen on its own - void of the other. Humanity as such doesn’t need to be saved LIFE does. That we hold a huge part in the making of that or the destruction of that … is this moment.
The decision of protection or destruction comes from moving into oneness, and the tough beginning of that lay in truth. Whilst knowing our foundations are essential - owning that - is where we begin. And the truth of that ownership is in learning so many things anew.
It asks us not just to acknowledge where we are now but to do so with complete truth. It asks us to look around and within and to own where we stand physically, mentally and through the sacred. This is a Marcus Aurelis1 moment of blame yourself - or blame no one. Whilst blame and responsibility are often spoken about as opposite sides of the coin, to own something holds both. It is the total acceptance that blame (or fault) has been recognised (as an error or instigator etc) and responsibility either dodged or taken on board, such that this moment holds all of it as our own. We own all that the moment holds as ours, I am here, through all I have been and done, this is mine.
When asked to acknowledge and own where we are starting from in our wellness and wellbeing - knowing that it takes all to be well for each of us to be well - owning the moment can only be answered in truth as the total of our wellth perspective plus recognising the health and vitality of nature and the life around us. AND the history of that.
Please understand - the phrase leading WELLth - which is offered to us all as the wellness and wellbeing in harmony with each and all of life, is ALL MUST BE WELL. And so the process of owning who we are and where we are is deep and a long story to be unravelled in itself. It holds the entire history of capitalism and colonialism, hand in hand as the brothers that swept the world to turn it upside down and drown all that once was, to silence the past and to offer the hands of greed and power to those willing to assimilate. Please know that as we step into this work we are - in WELLth - always considering the whole.
Therefore we are asked to consider in addition to ‘am I ok?’, is Life ok?... are her creations and children ok? …
What is alive around us that links to what is alive within us. Questions that help us to understand the vitality of what is around us brings light to what is alive within us, recognising the bacterial connections, the quality of what nourishes us, the flow of the environment we are a part of, what inhabits the lands.
We are called to ask ourselves what do we know or understand about the wellness of the life expressed as nature around us? These are not easy questions to pose for the truth is, we don't know the answers, usually to both our own wellth and the life around us.
We don't know the answers and we can't own where we begin without knowing, and we sure as hell haven’t taken time to either own or know the full truth of ourselves or the environment around us and the state either is in. Worse, we have ignored and hidden from the truth.
We have to start at the space of owning who we are, where we are at, our part in the state both are in, and how the Living System around us is surviving. If at all.
All things matter, all that exists in and around us impacts our Wellth, what we do to our rivers, our fields, our oceans, forests, how we treat our kin all matters to our wellth. At this point, owning this determines whether we will walk into actualising our highest consciousness into this world. To truly open life to its greatest expression we have to consider life, on all levels. To truly bring Wellth into our life we have to live as one Living System and bring wellth forward for all life.
What we are willing to truly know, and own as our beginning.
The language of the Living System speaks of wellth
The Living System as a language of wellth teaches us how to be well by the conversations we encounter daily. Our body speaks to us to tell us what’s needed to be well, we receive information from our liver and kidneys, our heart speaks to us as does our blood. Every cell is talking to us via the signs and symptoms being shown to us. These communications instigate the response for action, or inaction if that is required. At best we respond, at worst we ignore or fail to even hear.
It’s exactly the same as the earth, with her symptoms of distress and the reactions to correct. Droughts and floods are signs of an out of balance system as they are within us. Life is constantly conversing with us to bring about equilibrium to all things, we override it with our own desires and addictions. In all ways we are called to pay attention, to step in, step up and listen. We don’t need to control or fix, we need to learn to observe and listen. Life grows us, just as babies teach us and plants talk to us. All things have their way, their natural order and harmony they seek, our role is to listen and interpret their signs. Life gives of herself, our task is to listen, to be and to respond with a gentle humility that leads with love.
The conversations and communication are endless. There is never a moment of being alone, nor loneliness possible with all that life has to say. The trees whisper, the birds sing of joy, of alertness, of harmony. The clouds tell us stories of water of build and release. The tides reveal to us to ebb and flow. If it weren’t for the song of the whales would we dare to dive so deep? The night sky fills us with myth and legend teaching us how to live by the universal wisdom our ancient ancestors knew. We simply need to acknowledge more than our own language. That it is not simply of the voice, but the signs of hands and swallows dancing, it is movement, as it is at the bottom of the window of the soul as we gaze.
Without judgement, without pressure we all begin at this place to build to greater wellth. Neither wellbeing or wellness looks one way, or holds us to any promise other than, we are searching for the best version of our self, as sacred beings amongst the greatest potential of all life that includes the wellth of everything and everyone around us. From soil, to soul, to solar. Our willingness to listen, observe, be still, hold silence, is what will lead us.
So what can we do? What will we do? How will we do it? As we step in to seeking to own who we are and this moment, we have to be willing to go through the process of knowing all that we can about, around and within our being. Knowing our foundations, owning where we are, allowing capacity to hold conversations in which we can hear each other and with radical acceptance, release our old longing for wealth and start a new with a WELLth that can exist and contribute to all.
Our responsibility is to do the work and to find acceptance in it without judgement. It is to love the process of our disrobing from the old and rising to our higher self, not to control or judge the final product.
